There are times in my life when it feels like every bit of strength has left my body and my mind is going on dark flights of fancy and spirals of obsessive thoughts. With such a busy schedule, it’s easy to 1. Forget to eat. 2. Be overwhelmed by the idea of making a choice of food to eat. 3. Give up altogether cause I can’t decide. It’s time for minimalism, as easy as opening two cans and mixing the contents in a bowl. The great part about this is actually digesting something will help put you to sleep! It’s tried and tested, I swear! Stack the empty cans in a corner of your kitchen. A post-apocalyptic scavenger will hit jackpot with these someday!
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 can of sweet corn
- Open the cans of tuna and sweet corn.
- Drain the unnecessary liquid from the cans.
- Add the contents to a bowl, sprinkle some salt and toss together.
